B.A.M. Niagara is more than a boxing club. It is a multi-purposed centre that uses physical training combined with positive reinforcement to motivate and encourage everyone who trains here.
We welcome people of all ages who want to train and improve physical and mental health to come by and try working with our trainers for a session.
